Special Thanks to Dr. Lohman, our Presenters and exhibitors, for making the conference an amazing success!  Also, thanks to Barbara Amen and the staff of Reed College for their wonderful support and assistance, which allowed us to present this conference to you in such a beautiful location and at such a minimal cost!

Thanks also go to Margaret DeLacy and Judy Smith, conference co-chairs.  They put in hours of work on this important endeavor.  Thanks also to Bob Smith, Judy’s husband, who manned the registration booth from dawn to dusk.  These folks really kept us afloat!  Thanks also go to John DeLacy, Margaret’s husband, who also added much support to the conference.
